Hi Community Members,Please let me know how we can limit the user for input value.Means, There is an input metric where user can provide input between 0.01 to 0.99 only.

Creating an Access Rights Board

Hi there, More and more people in my company are using Pigment. We have different access rights settings (By Cost Center/ By Business Model/ By Country etc...).Today, I'd like to create a board that allows each Pigment user to see which dimensions they have access to and which they don't.I can of course create a new application by making all accesses available to all users , but I want the user in question to be able to see only his or her accesses.I thought of creating Rights accesses by user ("User A" will have an access Read/No Write only to "User A") but you can not, as far as I know, have 2 similar dimensions in a Metric.Any suggestion?Many thanks

Any suggestion regarding oh how to complete the following:I would like to allocate top value in the cells below. In the Loss Utilisation Dash there is 1 metric more (Year Incurred) The formula I used so far is:'03. Price / Volume effect

Dear community,We would like to create a Price/Volume effect bridge from Budget to Actuals. We were thinking to create a metric for each KPI (Origin Price, Destination price etc.) but that means we create many metrics as the formula use many different KPI for few bridges. Board customization qustions

Hi Community,I’m trying to create some nice boards and have a few questions on presentation elements that I’d like to incorporate, but don’t seem to be possible in Pigment. If possible, please let me know how, or if not possible, if there are any workarounds. Are you able to change background colours on the board, or the font? (for example - we do a lot of our reporting on a black background, so it would be nice to change from the default white. Or be able to align other formatting to our internal reporting themes) Screenshot 1 Can you remove gridlines on a Grid? (again, a lot of our reports are against a black background, so it’s a bit of an eye sore to have the white gridlines there) Screenshot 2 Is there a way to apply cell formatting to a wide range of cells, or a whole table at a time? Currently what’s happening is if I format “Revenue” for example with $ and M for millions, only that one line will change, and not everything that is grouped (Screenshot 3). Updating this has become

Year + 'Metric'

Dear Community,I need to set an expiration year.I am using the formula “Year + 10” on a Metric with only Year Dimension.I would like this to be more friendly to the end user.I would like to set a metric that i can add to year (ex= Year + “metric”) . I tried with a metric with no Dimensions with a value 5. It did not work.The end is for  the user just by changing the metric at the “metric” would change the Expiration Year.

Using LASTNONBLANK with a FILTER OR REMOVE

Dears,I want  to creat a metric or a property dimension where I get the last non blank dimension from a transaction list that also has some constraints like certain dimensions from that transaction list be equal to something. I have the following formula:'01_MRR-T Requests MRR BE'.'Billing Unit'[BY LASTNONBLANK: '01_MRR-T Requests MRR BE'.'Company or Partner Id'][REMOVE:'01_MRR-T Requests MRR BE'.'Product Final'='MRR-D Product final'."Licences"]Is says that I need to add as a dimension  MRR-D Product final, so even if I just want to use it as a constraint do I need to add to the dimensions in the metric structure?  Thank you very much in advance,Jose

Waterfall chart comparing two scenarios

Hi!I’m trying to compare two scenarios in a waterfall chart so I can see which was the total revenue expected in Scenario 1 vs which is the new expectation in Scenario 2 while seeing the main drivers of this change. I’m trying to compare scenarios in a table and then convert it into a graph but it is not working. How can I do it?Thanks!

Vendor Mapping

Hi!Can someone please help me to find the vendor names from the description of a transaction from a list of vendor list that I already have?Right now, with the help of ITEM function its able to only recognize if the description has only the full vendor name from the list. But I want to populate vendor names by finding the vendor names in the description among other extra texts as well.For example,if my Description is “Amazon.com” ITEM function is able to recognize the vendor name and populate Amazon.com from the list that I have as a dimension. if the description is “Orders from Amazon.com”, its not able to find “Amazon.com” among the other texts in the description.So I’m looking for a way to find these vendor names from the description which has other text apart from the vendor name and populate it.Thank you!

IF formula modelling

Hello,Can you please help me with this question?I want to do a formula using IF or many IF condition.I am working with a block having months in columns and currencies in rows.Explanation: My formula is suppose to say if at the level of dimension month we select let’s say February month, I am suppose to obtain in January and february each actual rate and for the rest of the months, having february rates. And I am suppose to have the same logic if I select any month.Waiting for your response.Thanks.

Reallocation Logic

Hi Pigment team! I am trying to setup a reallocation logic. Can you please help with creating the formula? Right now, the total cost $1,517,587 is booked all in US (screenshot 1), but I want the cost to be re-allocated to international countries (screenshot 2). You will see the total still matches with screenshot 1. For my another metric for reallocation, what is best way to create a metric to show a table as screenshot 3?  ​​​​​​ Thanks in advance for reviewing!

Board Permission

HiWe have Two Applications.Hub BudgetingIn Hub Application, we have defined all roles and its permission & Access Write.Following Roles, we created in Hub Calculation.Requirement:CEO Role only can open and comment Cost Summary and Final Reporting  P&L Board in Budgeting Application.To Fulfil that requirement, we have created a Metric in Budgeting Application for Board Permission. In Board Access Configuration, This Board Permission: CEO Metric is defined for following boards. On Board also, we defined that Board Permission: CEO Metric for that Board. After defining that Board Permission, we are not able to achieve my requirement and all roles are able to access that board.Please let us know, if we are doing anything wrong and any best practice and Solution for the same.

Best way to Build out Commissions

Hi AllIm trying to build out the company commissions based on NRR.I want to be able to calculate the corresponding commission % based on the NRR we have forecastedSo each NRR% is equivalent to a Commission %. eg. 80-85% NRR = 0.05% commission. 86-90%=0.1% Commission and so on.There are 8 bandings, so If statements seems quite long winded, but possible that way. Wondering if someone can think of an easier way?Thanks!
