Hello guys,  I want to filter a metrics according to items which are not dimensions - how is it possible? Indeed the yellow part below is not working as Alma_fees_eur is not a dimensions but is a defined as a number. Thanks a lot!  

Dear Community, I have the following formula in a metric coming from two other metrics 'MRR BE + Ajouts manuels and MRR Facturé (= Comptable) The result of the metric is neither of the two metrics coming from the IF formula,Would you point in the right direction? or help me figure out what is wrong with the formula? Thank you very much in advance!Jose

In my application, Role Dimension list is deleted and i am not able to configure and add list items there. Please help me to resolve that issue. 

Hi, I am trying to use BY LASTNONBLANK function to capture the last non blank value in “A” metric (with dimension Month), and get this value in “B” metric (no dimensions there), so that in B metric I will have only the value from most recent Month.I used the following formula in metric B:“Metric A” [BY LASTNONBLANK: Month]The result I am receiving is the sum of all months (the same result I would receive if left “Metric A” in formula without any modifiers).Do you know how I can retrieve the last nonblank value from the Metric?

Dears,I would like to create a metric where I have the MRR BE, coming from the transaction list Requests MRR BE, summed by the QuickbooksId and by the Month, both of which are mapped as a dimension in my transaction list.I have the following formula: 'Requests MRR BE'.'MRR BE'[BY:'Requests MRR BE'.QuickbooksId,'Requests MRR BE'.Month] It works for QuickbooksId (ID number) , but it does not sum by Month. It ends up giving me the total per QuickbooksId (ID number) for every month of every year instead of allocating the sum of the ID per month of the year. Thank you very much in advance! Best,Jose 

How we can define the storage capacity and workspace memory in Pigment?

Our budget construction is based on input of cost center managers, so they can add headcount and expenses as they wish.How can I give them access only to their own cost centers? With that, they would only be able to see data about this specific cost center.I’m tring something like that below but I don’t know how to link the user’s scope with the Cost center manager’s role.   

Hello community 😊I need to realocate offer amount in proportion of GMS order weight on checkout GMS total weight (i.e. 1 checkout contains X orders). Below you have for example Order 1303589 representing 44% of checkout 351970. Then, i need to relocate 44% of my amount offer to this order. I take the amount offer in a transaction list “LT_Offer”:See below the “TL_Offer”. I want a metric which returns in column the checkout ID, the order ID and reallocated offer amount (which is the offer amount * allocation_order_on_checkout metric)Condition: I only want computing allocated amount offer when the Id_order in TL_Offer is empty (in fact, if there is an id_order, the amount have been already assgined to the order). Here in the same example, i need to reallocate 59€ at 44% to the first order and 56% to the 2nd

Hi Pigment team, We tried to install Pigment Connector, but it says that we are not able to download it as it is not available in the country we operate. We tried it both from the US and Germany.

Is it possible to hide only empty rows or columns? Currently in the filter I see the “Hide empty rows / cols” option, but what if I just need to hide empty columns? Thanks!

Hi, I want to create a formula using IF, similar to that: if(Month.'End Date'>'Switchover date','metric XX'), but I have 2 conditions:Month.'End Date'>'Switchover date’, and If it is 2022 it has to get data from metric A and if it is from 2023 onwards it has to get data from metric BHow can I do that?

Is there a way when different modelers upload data in the same transaction list, to have a dimension that maps the user who uploaded the specific lines? To be able to filter & make changes only to data related to 1 user. Or should this be something included in the import files ?

Hello team, I would like to update my calendar and instead of FY 22 to show 2022 as we are still in July and having as a header “FY 22” might be misleading for external readers. When I try to update the property closing year, I get the below message. Is there a workaround here? 

Hello team,I have created a text metric, which I would like to use as an explanations column next to our variances for actuals vs forecast and forecast vs budget. I tried to add it in the relevant table that I have (which brings all lines of our cashflow statement and all the amounts per month and per version, meaning forecast, budget, and actual). So far anything I tried did not seem to work, as usually it says the following: “Expressions are incompatible and cannot all be converted to Number”. I would really appreciate if you could share any idea on how I could do that 😊  Thanks a lot in advance!

Is is possible to synchronize Chart  with Grid/ Table in the board ?suppose, if I want this Bar chart to show “Previous Year Vs. Current Year Country goal” for country Canada, it will change automatically synchronize when I am clicking on the above grid Country name “ Canada”, instead of selecting country from page selector.

Can we create charts for Tables with different Metrics as Series of the chart?

 How do I construct my Actual with scenario feature? The source of my actual is a transaction list and when I was using versions I used  the formula below: costs_data.'R$'[BY SUM : costs_data.'Datahub month', costs_data.'N3 - imports'.N3,  costs_data.'Cost center', costs_data.'P&L row Datahub'][BY: Version."Actual"] +-1*'Cost center expenses'.'R$'[BY SUM : 'Cost center expenses'.Mês, 'Cost center expenses'.'N3 - imports'.N3, 'Cost center expenses'.'Cost center', 'Cost center expenses'.'P&L Row'][BY: Version."Budget"]+'Expenses budget input'[BY SUM: Account.N3, Account.'P&L Rows'][BY: Version."Budget"][remove:Vendors] But with scenarios I’m a little confused on how to make that.

Hello! We have our reporting per city & city dimension has region as a property. When I am trying to create a report to show margins for example for our group I want to start with the group margin, then the region and then the city. However, the formula which is on a city level doesn’t seem to work for the margin percentages for the region & group. It works only if I create different metrics with different formula on the different level dimension but then my report can’t have the sequence I want. Is there any solution here? Is there a way to fix this with ADD?  

I would like to include a transaction list in a Board. The Board has several other metrics and tables. The Access Rights functionality is working fine for metrics and tables (a user can only see numbers related to their department). However, it isn’t working on the transaction list. The transaction list has Department as one of the dimension.  Am I doing something that is causing this error or access rights just do not work on transaction lists?
