I’m having issues properly showing the growth and variance of negative items.As an example, if actual EBITDA was -0.25 and budget was -1.0, I can get the difference to display correctly, but my only options for % variance are-75% (-.25- -1.0)/-1 or  +300% (-1- -.25)/-.25Neither of those are correct.  It should be +75%.  I can use “Reverse Signs” but that doesnt apply to conditional formatting.  Has anyone figured out a better way to show this in a table?

Hi Team, As we know pigment is all about visuallization, how interesting and convenient we can make board for the end user and visually appealing . On community we have article on Board Inspiration also where we get tips on board preparation but it would be more helpful if we could have some pictorial representation of how we can make our board more eye catching and sensible for end user at the same time. Hi Pigment Folks, I have the following FX conversion rate challenge,ContextI build my Balance Sheet from staging transaction amounts in local currency from Transactions list and structuring the amounts over a hierarchy were account number is the lower level.My problem comes when trying to convert the amounts to our reporting currency. - I have a metric where I input the conversion rates on a monthly basis. - The balance sheet has the following behaviour: Every month, the cumulative amounts should be converting to the latest rates. And every year should be converting to the last month of the year rates.ChallengeI’m looking to create an FX metric that I can apply to the staged amounts that it’s flexible.I mean that whenever I’m showing data by years, quarters and months select the right rates.

Hi Community, Wondering if someone has been able to manage counting unique customers for a metric dimensioned by customer & product.We have an ARR Metric defined by Customer ID, Product and Month. I would like to have a count by month of the unique customers which have an ARR value. The standard approach using the formula below is effective in having total customer accounts but I am then unable to filter on the products available. IF('Ending ARR'[remove sum: 'Product Type'] <> 0 and ISDEFINED('Ending ARR'[remove sum: 'Product Type']), 1 , blank)I worked to try and resolve this issue by leveraging the below formula which does allow me to filter on products and not double count total logos but when filtering on a single product the number becomes understated. Dear all, I have been trying endlessly to import data into this transaction list, but we get this error message of excluded values from the CSV source. We’ve already imported data into other lists and it’s the first time we get this error message so I was wondering if you could help us with it.Here is the error messagethe excluded data was supposed to be added on properties that are dimensions. Hello, I want to create a if function, in which the logical test is a contains function. If the result from contains function is TRUE => put a value from a dimension, if the result is FALS => put another value from a dimension. I tried to do that like this (in a column dimensioned into FF_fg_non_Ankorstore, supporting the logical test): IF((CONTAINS("FF",TL_OLC.'Lb Charge Type')=  TRUE,FF_fg_non_Ankorstore."FMV",FF_fg_non_Ankorstore."AKS") But it is not working. Could someone help me on that ? Thanks a lot!

Hello,Is there a way to compare easily Scenario between them ?E.g: I want to compare Budget 1 vs Budget 2 with variation (value and %). But I also want to compare Budget 2 vs Budget 3 the same way and I don’t wan’t to create another view with another calculated item, because I have numerous scenario to compare.The idea is to have a var (value and %) between 2 scenario by selecting them. Hi Can we define condition formatting based on metrics?

I have a transaction list with a property that is filled through a dimension list with a month, this transaction list has also another property where I want to aggregate the latter property that is filled through the dimension list (month) and a number metric containing the number 2. But I get this error message “ Expressions are incompatible and cannot all be converted to Dimension (Month)”.My end goal is to have my needed property with the property containing the month dimension + 2I don’t want it to be done manually so I want it to be added to this metric containing the number 2.I hope my question is clear. I am impatiently waiting for your feedbacks!

Hello!  I am trying to summarize the cost by department and division by monthly basis using transaction list from another app. The setup is set as how I would like to see but the sum of amount is not same as what I expect. Can you please help? Thanks in advance! This is the logic I used to create a metric:'PL GL Data'.'Net Amount (USD)'[BY SUM:'PL GL Data'.'PL L0','PL GL Data'.Division,'PL GL Data'.Department,'PL GL Data'.Month][FILTER:'PL GLs'.'PL Cat 1'='PL Cat 1'."Headcount Costs"]Here’s the PL GL Data transaction list. For sanity check, I filtered out “Headcount Cost” for PL Cat 1 and March 2023 transactions only. Total should be $9,100,788.45 but I am getting $9,124,046.48

We are currently utilizing a Google Sheets connector to a worksheet that has a series of data that contains old logic that we wish to calculate within Pigment going forward.  In this particular example, the Google Sheet worksheet contains both  Annual Amounts (which we want to import), as well as Monthly Amounts (which we want to ignore and recalculate within Pigment as this was using a historical spread methodology to be augmented in Pigment).  We are finding during the configuration of the Import, when we elect to Ignore (delete the columns from the import definition) and kickoff the integration we get failures, stating the following: Two questions: Is it assumed that in the below example, the desired data must come first and cannot be situated after data that is desired

Hi. First time poster here. :)We import transaction-level data with revenue and other info. One dimension in the data is “account cohort month”, which lists the month an account was created. This is a dimension list in the calendar of our hub. However we have many transaction-level rows with a blank “account cohort month”. This is correct, as there are specific internal rules to what is considered an account.When we try to create metrics pulling revenue from the transaction-level load, it is excluding all those with a blank “account cohort month”. We don’t want to exclude the blanks. When we analyze the cohorts, we want all the cohort months but also a bucket for “no cohort” or similar.What’s the best practice for handling this? Hello Community!  I created a metric where I can see the revenue of a product split by different countries per month. I can then use the aggregator “MAX” to give me the maximum obtained revenue - e.g. in which country the revenue was the highest that month. I would like to use this value (thus the name of this country) in a separate table where I have already other information on this product. What I would like to add in this table is thus “Product X - Top performing country”. Would this be possible? Thank you very much in advance! 

Hi, Is there any way as an admin to track when an user last logged into Pigment / track this over time? Would be great to have in order to track the actual adoption of Pigment across the business, given that a lot of user will only be consuming information (not making any changes to the assumptions, which would have appeared in the History logs). 

Generally, we create metric for current month or year and use it for further calculation.If we can use variable in formula than we will not have to create metric for the same.So I would like to know that we can use variable in formula, if yes then how?

Hello, I want to automate the loading of a statement. To do this, I have a database that assigns each keyword in a label to a category.I would like that when I reload my statement, Pigment recognizes the keyword in each label and assigns it to the corresponding category thanks to the created database. What formula can I use? Thank you for your help
