How to add a grid on a board with input fields? For example I have data for quarters and I want to set targets of a year which can be entered by the user on a board. How can I achieve this?

Hi,I am getting an error in my metric that is saying that block that I am referring to is not existing, but in fact it is a block that I am using actively in my management reporting. So I do not understand why it seems like the Block is not possible to retrive.Can someone please help me out regarding this? :)Best regards,Benedikte 

Hi everyone,I need help applying a recurring calculation to a monthly metric in Pigment.Here’s the situation:I have a metric called RES_Active Doctors, and I want to apply month-by-month the percentage stored in IN_Churn Existing Doctors - 3YP. The calculation should use the value of the previous month as the base.For example:If the initial value of RES_Active Doctors in Month 1 is 100, and the percentage in IN_Churn Existing Doctors - 3YP is 10%: Month 1: 100 (initial value) Month 2: 90 (100 - 10%) Month 3: 81 (90 - 10%) Month 4: 72.9 (81 - 10%) And so on. I’m wondering how to model this type of calculation in Pigment. Is there a function or method to automate this logic by referencing the previous period?Thanks a lot for your help! 😊

I have a metric : which has 20, 20, 20 and 15, 11 numbers I need to show Top 2 of the products: It only shows the 2 products with 20 valueIt should show all those  products with 20,20, 20 and 15 value20 is a tie number. 

The documentation for the SEASONAL_LINEAR_REGRESSION function states that the “seasonality” argument can have the following dimensions:No Dimension or Dimensions of Text 1I have two questions about this…When I try to use a metric with no dimensions as this argument, I get the error “Function SEASONAL_LINEAR_REGRESSION requires argument 2 to be a positive integer”. What am I doing wrong? The metric where I’m using SEASONAL_LINEAR_REGRESSION has three dimensions (month and two non-time dimensions). What does “Dimensions of Text 1” mean?

I want to calculate the month count starting from the first revenue month for each tenant. Hi All,I’m not able to change the data type of ‘User Roles’ metric from Role(local) to Role(Data hub). But when i try to change the data type, I’m getting the following error. Pls advise on this.“Unable to change the structure of a metric used in the security settings. Remove it from the security settings before performing this action.”How do i overcome this error?

Hello community, I am creating a PnL report for our company. At the moment it displays revenue (metric), cost (another metric), gross profit ( metric from formula) and so on. The metrics are derived from a transaction table that I imported.Now I would like to show the total USD and in the coloumn next to it I want to display avg per person. I have calculated the Avg per person and managed to create the same table as above from the avg metrics of the above metrics. BUT because these are metrics, I cannot have them side by side in the table. If I add the avg per person to my total table it will just add all the rows below. I can move upp the “metric” in pivot to columns but then that messes up the revenue, costs, gross profit placement etc.I created a dimension called version and was able to attach that as a property to the total metrics and the avg metrics, but haven’t found a way to union the two metrics with the variant dimensions. So my ques

Exclude CountriesI’m trying to show the Revenue by Country and where countries have nil/zero revenue, how would you Exclude them so even the name doesn’t pop up? I’m wondering is it because my main data set has all countries with the longitude/latitude.

Hello Everyone,  I want create a revenue metric. I Create all the dimensions and transaction list. When I add a formula there is no problem of dimension, but the value are only in January month. But in my transaction list the Dimension Month is present. I dont understand why all the values are imported in only one month. Here is my formula ( 'Sales History Unit'.unit [By Sum : 'Sales History Unit'.month,  'Sales History Unit'.Customer,  'Sales History Unit'.'Product Group'] )  Thanks a lot

I have a source metric ABC with dimensions: project and year of data type: numberneed to have a target metric with dimension year, current formula in target metric is :SUMOF(ABC)/COUNTOF(ABC), but i want year as a dimension too in target metric.currently, it doesnt have any dimension in the target metric. 

I successfully connected Google Sheets to Pigment. After initiating the data import from Google Sheets to Pigment, I receive a message indicating that the import was successful, but the data is not imported into Pigment and I get the following error message:"Missing column in CSV Some header(s) in the mapping configuration are not found in the CSV."However, the headers in the imported file are identical to those in the Pigment list.You will find the screenshots below.  

Hi Community,How can we exclude invalid values in a dimension from appearing in the Page Selector in Pigment? For example, we have some inactive project codes and cost centers that we’d like to remove from all dropdowns, but they still show up.I believe there’s an option to manually edit the Page Selector to exclude those codes, but that would require updating it on every board and repeating the process whenever new codes are marked inactive.Is there a cleaner or more efficient way to handle this?  Thanks,Neo

I am working on setting up an integration between TeamOhana (headcount platform) and Pigment, which needs to be connected through an API request. Using this link, I have been able to set up the API connection and the action button to trigger the integration but I am unsure of where is the data getting pulled into? Do I need to set up a transaction list beforehand and then somehow link API request so the transaction data in Pigment gets updated? Essentially where is my data going if the API request result shows successful?FYI: It is Authentication: Bear <token> set up.

Hello,I am trying to have a P&L comparison with a scenario A on 2024 vs. a scenario B on 2025. Is it possible to have a column scenario A 2024, a column scenario B 2025 and a third column with the variance between both ? When I try to do it, I have 2 columns per scenario and per year and it’s hard to read. Thanks

I am hiding some rows on the sheet view, but every time the board gets refreshed, it reverts back to original formatting with all the rows visible. How can this be fixed? 

I was working on Headcount planning and in order to be able to calculate attrition, I used iterative calculation functionality. With that I was able to calculate Attrition by multiplying attrition rate to ending (beginning) headcount, which is, in its turn, calculated as Beginning Headcount plus new hires minus attrition.Now I want to add Backfills to the calculation, so Ending Headcount will be Beginning Headcount plus new hires minus attrition plus backfills. I am calculating backfills as % of Attrition, and Backfills is also a part of Iterative Calculations. The thing I want to do, but cannot, is being able to instead of current period’s attrition get 2 months’ prior attrition and multiply it by backfill rate. So, if for instance Jan 25 attrition is 100 FTEs, my Mar 25 backfills should be 100 * 90% (Backfill rate) = 90 FTEs. So, instead of having 90 FTEs backfills in Jan 25, I would like to have it in Mar 25.I tried to put [SELECT: Month - 2] i

I am trying to get the prior year total to then multiply it by a growth rate.  (Prior Year * (1 + Growth Rate).PREVIOUS( ) is not working because I do not have Year in the metric, and trying to add it was not working.GrowthRate? is a Boolean that has TRUE starting in January 2026 and all periods forwardOriginalValue is a Number metric that has values monthly from January 2024 and all periods forward What I’m trying to get is something like this:IF(GrowthRate?,  (Prior Year * (1 + Growth Rate), OriginalValue).  I also can’t calculate off the OriginalValue metric because the Growth Rates will compound.  If all years in OriginalValue were $1000 and I am adding 10% Growth I would want to see $1000, $1100, $1210, etc...Unfortunately my 2025 occasionally has some 0 seasonality that is throwing off other metrics after this one.   Jan Feb

Has anyone ever noticed Pigment will occasionally round down for certain numbers when using percentages? I was using a fixed 2.95% and it showed up as 2.9% when using one decimal. I ran a test below starting with 0.95% + 1% and noticed other instances of this happening like 5.95% → 5.9%.    

I’m trying to add 2027 to all of my financial statements, which currently end at 2026. These months exist as a dimension in the datahub.My supporting apps (revenue, expenses, balance sheet forecast, cash flow forecast) all include 2027 by month.This is probably simple. Any ideas?
