I am looking to normalise some Country data from different sources in different formats (e.g. some countries have full name others ISO codes). I have been using the ITEM() function to map all correct countries to our Master Country dimension.I was now planning on doing something similar by pulling in the ISO code dimension which is also linked to the Country dimension. However, the ITEM() function does not seem to return any values which confuses me. Ultimately, I am planning to then pull in the Country dimension from the ISO code and combine the two country fields via IF sentences.

If I break a metric by mutilpe break downs in a table in Pigment, at the time of exporting to g-sheet using Pigment connector, i don’t see any breakdown. i only see one row of data w/o any breakdown by dimensionsis this a product limitation or a bug ?

Are any Key shortcuts in Development?A shortcut from Editing to User mode in Board would be helpful, and one for aligning Widget might be great.

Is it possible to apply different Access Rights on a same metric based on different applications ?i.e. Metric A should have rule configuration of AR 1 (if metric A is used in App 1)and if the same metric A is getting used in other App (App 2 - by turning the sharing On), this metric should have access rights AR 2 AR 1 and AR2 are security metricsIs there any alternative solution for this?

Month Seat Worker Future_Worker Future_Worker_Current_Seat Month Dimension Seat Dimension Worker Dimension Worker Dimension Seat Dimension Mar 25 POS-000100 Employee 1     Mar 25 POS-000200 Open Position Employee 1 ???  Looking for some help writing a formula. I have a transaction list called EE_Load_HRIS. I’m looking to write a formula that will return the Seat (POS-000100) in the Future_Worker_Current_Seat property where the Month matches Month and the Worker matches Future_Worker.

Hi CommunityI am reaching out to broader pigment users to how they solve these kind of issues in 3 way income statements?  ThanksMusab

I am currently testing an external API integration in Pigment to retrieve a response and display it within the platform. Setup Details: I configured an API connection in Pigment. On the Action board, I added a card with a button to trigger the API call. When I click the button, the API call is successfully triggered. Issue: Although the API call is being made, I am not receiving any JSON response within Pigment. The response does not seem to be captured or displayed. Questions: Is Pigment’s external API setup only meant for POST requests, or can it also handle GET requests and return responses? Can I retrieve the API response and manipulate or display it within Pigment? If yes, what is the proper way to map or use the response JSON in Pigment? @Julien | @Igor P | @CDALMAY | @Thu Mai | @Jared Dolich

Hello,I made a subset in my Month dimension list, in order to create a boolean metric that has Months in rows and columns. I named this subset ‘MonthTimeIntel’. Basically I wanted to create a boolean that checks what the trailing twelve months are for each month. Something like this:So far, so good. I then use this metric as a filter for my charts and graphs where I only want to show the last twelve months. Also: so far, so good. But lastly - I don't want another page selector on my dashboards. Because now the page selector for ‘MonthTimeIntel’ shows up on my dashboards, but I don't want that. Is there a way so that the MonthTimeIntel page selector moves in unison with my Month selector and so I can hide the MonthTimeIntel selector? I understand that they are two different dimensions, but it would be great if they can somehow come together.I hope my question is clear :-) Thanks for helping me out!Best, Bas

Can we embed Pigment in an existing application so that user does not require to change interface? Is there any SDK that can be made available to partners to embed in a proprietary application?

Hello Pigment Community,I have created a variable for each metric, and in the table, I have applied the individual variables to their corresponding metrics. I then pivoted the table so that the metrics are in the page selector. The issue I'm encountering is that when I apply a variable to one metric and then try to apply a different variable for another metric, it doesn't update as expected. I need variables to be updated as according to my selection. For example, I have two P&L metrics: Salary Cost and Expense. I’ve set individual variables for both metrics. However, when I apply these variables to different selections on the board, it shows the same variable for both metrics, even though I recently applied different variables for each.Could anyone assist with this?

Hi,I have an issue where the Workday api key stopped working and the data is not longer pushed from workday to Pigment. The Key in specific is called “Workday HCM People Planning” and is an important metrics for us in people planning. The Api key is still active in terms of expiration date 2026-01-01. Can someone please help me with this issue?Kind regards,Benedikte

Hi Pigment Community,Can anybody kindly tell me if this feature is published for Pigment or are there any ways I can achieve this? Thanks! Please click on the link below:

Hi,I would like to know when we get timeout issue during Data import and how to solve it.

Hi CommunityHope you are well.I am wondering if anyone is using Google Looker as a dashboard/BI tool to report on data from Pigment and is there a way to push data from Pigment to Google Looker seamlessly? What I can find in Pigment documentation is pushing data from Looker to Pigment but not the other way around. The work around I’ve been using is pushing data from Pigment to GoogleSheet and from GoogleSheet to Looker but that requires manual refreshes and it’s not automatically synced (e.g daily) to share across the organisation with other users.ThanksNeo :)

Hello,I’m looking for a specific function to make the calculation on this figure:  Can you please help me? Regards,

There’s a grid in which employees are assigned to a project.Metrics: initial project and final projectIf both these projects are different for a specific employee, notification in pigment is working fine i.e. If there’s a change in project, to notify the relevant team leader of projects (both initial and final) - P1 and P2.However, there’s a metric called : “Override Project” , which can also derive Final Project. If there’s already a change in project name for Employee ABC (from P1 to P2 project), and then override of ‘P3’ is done (Now, P1 to P3 project), notification should be sent to team leader of projects (both initial and final) - P1 and P3 [P3 Must].Currently, triggering metric for workflow notification is Change in Project? with employee dimension. How can I check the logic again?

In the dimension drop down, when I expand the size of the page selector it doesn’t save (so everytime when I click into this dimension input it goes back to the default size - any way I can save the size of the page selector?

I have the formula below: (('EE_Comp_01_SabbaticalAccrual_P&L_ReAllocated'    * EE_BU_AllocationFinal    )[BY: -> EE_Card_Department,EE_Card_SalaryCurrency, 'EE_Card_P&L', 'EE_Card_Direct/Indirect'])The highlighted in red, assigned my employees to the department that they belong for each month based on that metric. INSTEAD, I would like to just assign them to the last department they belonged to for each version.  I tried inserting “BY LASTNONBLANK: → “  but it did not seem to resolve the issue. See screenshot for the stracture of the EE_Card_Department below:  Basically I want to adjust the formula above, to assign this employee only to department FBS Revenue.  Any ideas?

Hello,I have this figure: and I need to make this calculation → Q1= (1,28+0,72)/3. But I don’t have this option in the calculated item. Can you please help me. Regards,

Hi, is there a way to import list items of one list into another list?

Can we group a list of actions in pigment into a process (Just like we have in Anaplan)? Is there such a capability?

Hi, I’m working on a board that uses complex security and I want to limit the items in the page selector. The security model is based on cost centres and employees, and others.I want to display those employees in the page selector that match certain criteria (employee.criteria = true). For this, I have created a metric and used it as a dynamic variable (Technical Employees), then assigned it to the page selector.Due to the security model, some users will have no access to given employees, and therefore the metric used for the variable will return nothing, which is correct. However, in this situation, the board ignores the variable in the employee page selector, and incorrectly reverts to displaying all items to the user: Suppose I don’t use the variable in the page selector, but manually select the employees that match my criteria in the Available items. In that case, the page selector will return an empty result if the user has no access to those employees, which is the expected behavi

Hello Pigment community,Is there a option where when we select an item of a dimension in one metric or table, the other metrics and tables get synced with that item only and display data of that item specifically?
