I have a budget & forecast vs actuals table as shown below.  Actual, Current Budget, and Current Forecast are Version Type dimensions that are associated with the Version dimension as properties.  The 5 columns within the red box are calculated items.  I applied conditional formatting to the variance calculated items.However, when the month changes, the formatting goes away as shown below: The intent for the above views is to associate the month dimension with an application variable of “Last Closed Actuals Month” - dynamically updating to show stakeholders their monthly and YTD variances.Is there any way to apply the conditional formatting across the entire calculated item?  Or a

I am trying to get a formula to work showing each persons quota by quota code based on tenure. I have created a Years dimensions that outlines  year 1 = $1 year 2 = $2  ect ect with the quota value being a property in that dimension. I have then created a metric outlining each quota code by month and then plugged in the year dimension to help map how many months of what quota are needed.  All I need is to to get the below to show the number value for that year dimension listed. What is the last piece I am missing to get this to work ?  I keep getting errors. Thank you for your help!! 

I am trying to create something in Pigment similar to the simple excel model shown below.  The key piece I cannot currently achieve is making the Churn amount be calculated as: Beginning ARR * a percentage driver.Same as above with formulas shown.  Formula works as it is cell specificWhen trying to do the equivalent in Pigment, I get a circular error.Dec 21 Ending ARR is hardcoded here for the sake of the exampleFor the sake of the example, I’m assuming Jan is actuals and Feb is forecast.  For reference, my Pigmen

Dears, I am trying to get the first Month we have data of a customer to group it by cohort, and I want to add that date as a property of customer.I was able to get that data using the following formula:'Requests MRR BE'.Date[BY FIRST: 'Requests MRR BE'.'Company or Partner Id' ] The problem is that it only works as long as I have sort the date ascending in the transaction list, and I would like to retrieve that data without having to sort my transaction list. Is there a way I can integrate MINOF in a modifier so that instead of the first value it finds it takes the smallest? Thank you very much in advance, Jose

Hello,We have an issue with data modeling and security for one of our boards in our people application.This board concerns new positions belonging to one team, company, department and recruiting manager. All of our metrics are dimensioned by Company x Departement x Teams as when we created the metrics, there was only one manager for each combination. However, the org has changed and there can now be several recruiting managers in one team with no hierarchy relationship. Due to confidentiality reasons a manager cannot see open position details of other managers' even if they belong to the same team.None of our metrics are dimensioned by employee. So how can we add security based on managers without changing all of our metrics and adding the employee dimension (we have done manual inputs on the metrics so it would erase everything)? (We have already logged in a ticket but if someone has an idea in the meantime it would be very helpful :) )T

As TODAY() function doesn’t exist yet in Pigment, the only option I found so far is to :1/ Create a metric with today’s day that will need to be updated when required2/ Allocate a date of birth to each employee in a transaction list or similarQuestion : How to write the right formula to get an age (like 36 for 36 yo) result per employee per month taking in consideration the employee base changes over the years, and then be able to determine an average ?Thank you for your help,Erwan

Been having an issue where when in Grid view for my most recent month some of my data is falling under a Blank category for 2 dimensions even though none of the underlying data has Blank values. When drilling down to the transaction there are no blanks and the data is correct in the grid view. I’ve cleared my cache and realaunched chrome but still have the issue persist even after reloading the original transaction list.Please see images below  

When I upload info in a table, and the upload is giving me e.g. 2 new items in that table, do I have a detail of those 2 new items anywhere? To know exactly what I have as new.I know when I upload and some items are not being populated for any reason, I can see in the “i” of information button the specific cases, but with the “new items” I don’t see that button with the specific items which are being added.If there exists an option to see, could you please tell me?If not, could we have it?

Hi, I plan for benefits at an annual level using a metric called “Benefits as % of salary” with dimensions year, subsidiary, and version. As an example, for FY22 I have manually entered 5% as my assumption. What is the best way to then convert the annual assumption 5% to a monthly metric? As in I want to show the actual benefits as % of Salary by month and then show 5% going forward when the version switches to forecast. My annual forecast may also change by year, so I cannot use [remove lastnonblank: year]
