Hello community!I want to create a simulation tab to test several employee cost before hiring someone. Concretely, I want to create this knowing that company is a dimension, fix and var are manual inputs, currency is a dimension and total gross will be a formula according to what have been entered in company, fix, variable and currency. Thanks a lot!

I’m wanting to add some list items I generate based on a formula into a dimension list automatically.The Item function allows us to search and return a dimension if it exist in a list but I’m wondering how instead of returning BLANK I would be able to automatically add a missing item into the dimension.Some context: Pulling data from multiple sources which may have the same Primary Key therefore in Pigment I would like to Concatenate the Data Source Name to the ID and add it into a Global dimension we maintain.Ex.Global Dimension is IDsData Source 1 IDs1 2 3 4Data Source 2 IDs2 4 Processing I would like to do in pigment is to add Data Source 1 and 2 IDs to the global dimension so the output would be:DS1-1 DS1-2 DS1-3 DS1-4 DS2-2 DS2-4

Hello,I would like to know if you have a best practice to share regarding the recruitment plan.At first we have a line for a recruitment to be done. Once the recruitment is completed, we have the name of a future employee. How do you keep track of that and follow this in the most automated way ? (to avoid duplicates on the actuals and forecast)Thank you :)

Hey everyone! I’m trying to create a cohort framework in the backend of the model. To do this, I’m using my Datahub::Month dimension and my Revenue app::Cohort Months dimension. It should generate something like:                    0             1             2Jan 23    Jan 23     Feb 23    Mar 23Feb 23   Feb 23     Mar 23    Apr 23Mar 23   Mar 23     Apr 23    May 23 and so on. Is this the best practice to enable cohort logic for things like churn? To create my Cohort Months dimension, I can manually type integers 0 through 60 for example, but is there a way to use PREVIOUS() to just increment 1 each row to do this? Hello Pigment Community!I would like to delete an item in a Dimension (which has been created by an error in the settings when importing data), but because this Dimension is used by several blocks, I don’t want to delete data in these other blocks. Could you please help me to find a way to see if said item is used by other blocks and if I can simply delete the line containing the wrong item in the Dimension?Thank you! 😊

Hello Team,Is there a way to reference an object(from a transaction list) within a metric without having it auto aggregate? See screenshots for reference.  

 We are trying to make the average of all the elements of the country dimension (in rows). When we change the pivot country from rows to pages, it makes the sum of the lines and not the average. Thank you in advance for the help and the contribution to the pigment community ;))

There have been a few instances where we need to take the fist value of a metric and have it populate earlier periods that are blank and take the last value and populate remaining blank periods.Lets assume we have a metric called Salary, with a set of values from a limited period (i.e., Mar - Jun):Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug     5000 5000 5250 5250     Below is the final result we need :Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug 5000 5000 5000 5000 5250 5250 5250 5250

I try a simple formula in a Transaction list of 91.000 items and it doesn’t get the result. It has been updating for 5 minutes, finished and the cells remained empty.

Hi Pigment team,I am working on the report, which contains multiple columns with amounts (i.e. tax codes with its own amounts for each employee). Something like following:The issue is, when I want to import this into my Transaction List, I have to manually create 4 columns with different names (NYSD, MPEP, etc.) to capture amounts. And, this source file comes with additional columns (new Tax codes) every time, so I need to change the import settings every time to add new columns.Is there way to automatically add these column headers to, maybe dimension list, and make the system capture new amounts automatically?

We’ve connected Greenhouse to Pigment and aren’t sure how to import the “Target Start Date” field.We’re currently sourcing the Job data type → Open Recs, and most fields needed for workforce planning appear, but target start date is missing. Any suggestions here?

Hi everybody, It is very time-consuming to reorder dimensions with a hundreds of items. Drag-and-drop would be ideal, but it is not there or I couldn’t find it.I have a workaround of creating a `sort order` field for the dimension, but this look to hacky to me. Any tips on easier reordering?

Hello,I know it is possible to create a MoM KPI, but if I add it as a KPI in a board, each month I have to change the month concerned.Is it possible to calculate automaticaly the MoM based on the last month selected in the board ? Example (picture below): In my board I selected the first 9 months of the year. For my MoM KPI, I selected september to offset with the month before. So the result is September-August. But if I select the 10 first months of the year, the KPI does not change. I expect to see automatically October-September.ThanksAdèle 

Should there be a “Unique” column in the below grid? If so, how do make sure that it appears at the mapping stage?: 

Say I have a dimension list (“Country” for example) included in a grid (within a board) -If I hide an item, how do I unhide it If I hide an item, is there an undo function to take me back to the unhidden view? 

I have a budget & forecast vs actuals table as shown below.  Actual, Current Budget, and Current Forecast are Version Type dimensions that are associated with the Version dimension as properties.  The 5 columns within the red box are calculated items.  I applied conditional formatting to the variance calculated items.However, when the month changes, the formatting goes away as shown below: The intent for the above views is to associate the month dimension with an application variable of “Last Closed Actuals Month” - dynamically updating to show stakeholders their monthly and YTD variances.Is there any way to apply the conditional formatting across the entire calculated item?  Or a

I am trying to get a formula to work showing each persons quota by quota code based on tenure. I have created a Years dimensions that outlines  year 1 = $1 year 2 = $2  ect ect with the quota value being a property in that dimension. I have then created a metric outlining each quota code by month and then plugged in the year dimension to help map how many months of what quota are needed.  All I need is to to get the below to show the number value for that year dimension listed. What is the last piece I am missing to get this to work ?  I keep getting errors. Thank you for your help!! 

I am trying to create something in Pigment similar to the simple excel model shown below.  The key piece I cannot currently achieve is making the Churn amount be calculated as: Beginning ARR * a percentage driver.Same as above with formulas shown.  Formula works as it is cell specificWhen trying to do the equivalent in Pigment, I get a circular error.Dec 21 Ending ARR is hardcoded here for the sake of the exampleFor the sake of the example, I’m assuming Jan is actuals and Feb is forecast.  For reference, my Pigmen
