Hi,I am trying to build a balance sheet in Pigment.My saved search in Netsuite lists all transactions but, to show the balance, I need to sum all of the transactions from all previous months.  How do I do this in Pigment?Alternatively, given I don’t actually need balances broken down by transaction in Pigment, would I be better off to try and find a way of extracting balances from Netsuite so that I can use those?  (though I am not sure how I do that so any idea on that gratefully received too) 

I was able to Breakdown by Department>Internal Group property for one metric in a table but I’m not able to Breakdown by Department again for another metricI’m able to breakdown by department in either of those metrics but not both. I’m using breakdown option at various places in this table which allows the same dimension to be broken down among different metrics multiple times but not this one specifically. What could be the reason for this?

I have an app with scenarios. Scenarios are enabled:But when I create a metric in security folder, there are no scenarios and values are propagated to all scenarios. But I want to lock/unlock write rights for specific scenarios, so I need scenarios on the security folder too. If I move the metric outside the security folder, the scenarios appear, but then this metric cannot be used in the access rights rules (which is not intuitive).Any tips, thoughts?

Hi, I struggle to understand how NETWORKDAYS function can be used. I read the help page for the function but in vain. I want to get number of working days in Jan 2023 (ignoring holidays). My formulas is:NETWORKDAYS(date(2023,1,1),date(2023,1,31),'01. Day of week'.Working = true)where Day of week is a dimension I created (below). I am getting 150 as the result of the formula which is obviously wrong. Help please :) 

Hi! In the layout selection I can only choose to display grid as tabular or tree. However,  both options are grouping the row labels. Is there a way to select Pigment to repeat the row labels?

I have configured an Automation that triggers in my scenario “Forecast”. The automation contains a conditional recipient, but the issue is that the recipient is defined by my metrics value in scenario “Baseline” instead of the value in scenario “Forecast”. Is this the way it is supposed to work or is there any way around it? 

Will manual user creation/invitations be made unavailable for users inside the domain when SCIM is enabled?Current security/administration issue we are facing:Security Admin Role is being overly used and assigned for the impersonation feature. This is used for troubleshooting issues with Clients/Users for application/model building. Is it possible to change the level that requires this access in the future? With SSO enabled we still have users attempting to invite or manually create users with internal Domain accounts.We need to confirm that the SCIM security constraints are not circumvented with users being able to create/invite internal domain users.

I am trying to build a balance sheet but I did not find any article about it.So i create a saved search in netsuite that is linked to metric in Pigment by using a transaction list.I’m trying to display data for multiple periods ( ex: dec 21, dec22...) in the same metric but looks like i have to create different transaction lists for different periods and then create a table to aggregate all the periods.Happy to have your insight on the most efficient way to build a balance sheet,thanks

Would like to default the page selectors in my application to dynamic display as opposed to default. Is there a way to do this without manually adjusting every view?

We are pulling data from a view in Pigment into Sheets via the Pigment Connector and have noticed that the date information that is pulled does not necessarily reflect correctly.The month in Pigment, for instance, shows “Jan 24”.  However, when this data is pulled into Sheets via the connector, the actual underlying date comes over as 1/24/2023 (which would be January 2023, and not January 2024).  Is there a known way to account for this disconnect in dates between the month in Pigment and the way that gets translated into Sheets?  Below are a few screenshots to illustrate the point:  January 2024 date in Pigment translates to January 2023 in Sheets via the connector

I everyone,Do you know if there is a way to pull a dimension based on a metric ?Here is what I would like to do :I have a dimension that has :An ID number column from 1 to 1000 (manually filled) A Country dimension column (that I want to fill with a formula) A Month dimension column (that I also want to fill with a formula) An Activity dimension column (that I also want to fill with a formula)On the other hand, I have a number metric with the tree dimensions Month, Country and Activity, with an input based on a formula that gives me numbers from 1 to 1000.So in my dimension I would like to affiliate the month and the country regarding the column number, matching with the number metric. I tried Match and Item functions but it is not working.Do you know if it is even possible with Pigment ? Thank you for your help !

Hi Pigmenteers 🤗I have 2 questions related to Pigment’s native scenarios:1. What are the main benefits of using native scenarios instead of custom scenario list? 2. I also learn that once you enable native scenarios in Pigment, the native scenarios will be applied to all the metrics in the application, is there a way we could remove it out of some specific metrics?

Hi Guys, I have a beginner’s question. I am not entirely sure I understand the difference between BY and ADD. I understand both can be used to split the data into additional dimensions but not sure when I should use which. For example - I have data by Period and Account. For the purpose of dimensions alignment with other metrics, I need to add Channel and Country assuming the same values for Channel and Country per Period and Account. I know I can use BY or BY CONSTANT but what if I use ADD? What would be the difference? Regards,Adam

Hi!I’m having issues with a formula. My formula is currently looking like this:The result I get is the error message Function error: function IF argument 2 and 3 need to have the same type. Any idea of what I need to do to get the dummy name in the CC# column?

Is there a way to apply conditional formatting to a column/row with the option of removing the formatting on specific cells within that column/row?In the attached example, I would like the bottom row to not be subject to the conditional formatting.
